Unlocking Torment: Are You Ready?

To access World Tier 4, you must complete the Capstone Dungeon located in Dry Steppes. This dungeon is significantly harder than previous content and requires you to be at least Level 70 with a solid, optimized build. If you’re still struggling in Tier 3, take the time to Diablo 4 Items farm Sacred gear and polish your Paragon Board before attempting the challenge.

Tips Before You Attempt:

Equip Sacred Legendaries with ideal rolls.

Ensure your defenses (resistances, armor, Fortify) are solid.

Use elixirs and an optimized Incense buff for a power boost.

Upgrade gear at the Blacksmith and reroll affixes with the Occultist.

Once you defeat the Capstone Dungeon’s final boss, World Tier 4 becomes available at any World Tier Statue.

The Core Loop in Torment: Efficient Progression

Torment ramps up the difficulty, but it also significantly increases loot quality. You’ll begin seeing Ancestral items, the highest item tier in the game, and Diablo IV Items for sale Uniques become available only in this tier.
