After dropping down, turn right and pick up the Smithing Stone [8] from the corpse next to the wall. A small tunnel behind this corpse contains a ladder. Climb the ladder to Elden Ring Items reach the final section. A platform with a Golem Smith and a Lava Slime awaits you after you climb the ladder. Collect the Somber Smithing Stone [3] from the nearby corpse.

Ascend the stairs in front of the ladder and pull the lever at the far end of the room to the left. This mechanism changes the direction of the large metal pipe.

Drop down to the metal platform below, then again to the stone floor. Descend the stairs to find a corpse with Somber Smithing Stone [8] next to a hole in the wall.

Look down from the hole in the wall and you'll see a section of the metal pipe you can jump onto. Turn left and run up the pipe until you see balconies on either side. Jump to either balcony to complete the dungeon.
